Any ideas who this is? It was around this time last year when we were able to decipher the image as Vince Young's...this year, it looks like a WR will be gracing the cover...is it Moss?

Aint that many stud white guys to put on it. But he is the studest of the stud and he wont be on it. People buy stuff with flash and no subtance. Its marketing, who or what is hot or percieved to be hot at the time. Heck (sorry mods) they would put Brittany Spears on the cover if they thught it would sell more. Its about selling power. Madden will sells its 10 million no matter who they put on it. They need someone who will do a brief madden tour and other promotion stuff. I don't see Tom Brady and Peyton Manning at a madden convention playing the game with the fans. Plus they have a fan base who actually thinks it's a good game.

Yeah and thats why put Vince, Vick, ect who is hot on the cover. Sales. Im sure it will sell a lot no matter who they put on the cover, But it sells a little more with image. Tom aint it. And if I were a player EA sports couldnt pay me enough. Unless I had 1 year till retirement. And I dont know about the game. I dont play them.
