Friday November 28 @ Buc Stadium in Corpus Christi is where the game of the week will be played by two of the best teams in Texas. Congrats to Sinton on their 40-7 win over Zapata. Congrats also to Burnet on their 70-37 win over Wharton.

I was thinking that the game of the week will be played in Lubbock between Sweetwater and Vernon as those are two of the best teams in 3A! In addition, these teams met in week 1 and the game was called during the 1st quarter due to the weather. They never made that game up not until this weekend.

Burnet vs. Sinton will not be the game of the week. In my opinion, I believe the Forney/Gainesville game will be the 3A game of the week. Burnet will beat Sinton by 40+. Sinton is way down from last year, and Burnet did not drop off that much. It will not be the contest that you are hoping for.

Are you kidding me Sinton winning by 10 points. Burnet is confident not arrogant there is a difference. Plus, if your picked to win by over 40 points in two polls and the team that you played already has lost 4 games. I am not against the fans or the players. The coaches and the admin got a f***** up ticket policy and a place to play. All tickets reserved and if you want to sit with your kids then they have to buy another ticket. What's the f** is with that. I don't live in Burnet and I wanted to go the game. I thought they chose a neutral site,but I guess I was wrong. I would have to drive 3 hours to get to Burnet and then sit in line for tickets. I promise you that Burnet will lay the smackdown on Sinton. I hope Jasper wins, because I know where they will play. For me next week I'll just walk 5 minutes to the stadium. Go Burnet don't kill them too bad.

What IS that all about?It was just a harmless way for some fans to have fun when a big play takes place. Seems this started last year. Basicly its like throwing a frizby that wont hurt anyone when it hits them. And they won't end up on the field. And heck, it saves on your concession bill if your lucky enough to catch one!

I am all for a great football game and this time of the post-season that is hopefully all that is left.
