June Jones will not leave paradise (I know, terrible facilities, no budget) for SMU. Seriously, why go to SMU? If he leaves it will be to a school from a major conference. Frnatastic looks like a nice fit. He has a history of building up programs at similar type situations. He also has a current repoire with the all mighty Texas High School Football Coaches from his recent stints at TCU and A&M. He recruited well while at A&M. He just failed to get the most out of them. I think much of his problem was a leaky defense and too much loyalty to his buddies that he had running that leaky defense. He should have cut ties with Torbush quickly and never should have hired that last guy. I seriously think Fran is the man, but SMU's $$$ wants to try to do better. In the end he will get the gig and Jones will stay in Hawaii or go to the NFL.

it would be a great gig for franchione, especially when they faced TCU
