How do you transfer your contacts from an old phone with a Sim card to the iPhone? HELP!!!!

put it back in your old phone and save all your #'s to the sim card and when u put it back in the new phone it is gonna ask if u want them all transfered!!

When I bought mine I was told that you couldn't transfer numbers to the Iphone. I don't know where you would even put a SIM card in an Iphone.

thats what im beginning to find out. The Sim card in the iPhone is not accessible....im going to have to manually put in all of my contacts! CRAP

I have gotten pretty good at that little keyboard on the Iphone. If you wanted me to input your numbers for you I am sure we could work out a trade for that dog of yours that looks like a pony.

you have to have one of those connecters like that you put camera cards.... that connects to the computer it can connect to the phone!

that was freaking funny...i just had diet coke come out of my nose cause i was laughing! HAHA

i told the lady at at&t that i didnt want to have to type them all in and she told me that this was the easiest way to do it the connector was like 10 bucks but it comes in handy too!! like if you want ringtones from your old phone to the i phone you store the song to the sim and put the sim in the connector and transfer it

Be careful about typing in your numbers. I have found a few errors in my phone book because I wasnt paying attention when I was putting in numbers.

when I got my iPhone, I transferred my 300+ numbers to the iPhone by saving the numbers from the old phone (Blackberry) on the computer, and then transferring them that way.

It worked for me just fine and now I have them all on my computer too.
