after making 2 straight trips the regional final, i think you can expect a similiar outcome this year, however i doubt we win the region tourny, i think we get there for 3 years in a row though.

and im sorry to ask but where is fairfield? im pretty savvy when it comes to texas geography but im thrown for a loop right now lol

umm last i saw it's us and sweeny tied in first at 2-0...columbia 0-2...and i guess everyone else is 1-1 for te most part...it's werid because we've had 2 district games but then friday we played bellville and then have another tourny before starting up district again...my bud is averaging about 15 a game and we have a sophomore who's averaging maybe about 10...the only thing we're missing is a big guy in the paint...

cc west oso is very good. they beat us in the region final 2 years ago i believe, that was a heart breaker for our guys:(

Arglye in Region 1 as well. Hudson has beaten former number one HJ and Hudson has lost in district, so you never know. Wylie always has a chance. LH always has a chance as well. Their girls ever going to get back to the glory days?

We're still 4A this year, but we have a good team. I think the last ranking showed us 18th and we were without our second best player except for first two games. He just came back our last game (hurt in car wreck).
We play Plainview today in Sherman tournament. Anyone know anything about them?

Navasota boys only lost one starter from last year's team that lost to HJ by 6. Overall, they only lost 2 players from lasts year team. In that game, it could have gone either way. Navasota lost a starter during district to a season ending knee injury. Also, during that game, they lost their starting point gaurd and scorer to fouls early in the 3rd quarter. It will be interesting to see what happends when the playoffs starts.

As far as Navasota girls go, they are a strong team. They are generally strong during the season but have never have made it past the regional championship. I think that they are 20-1 as we speak. They are down in the Valley for a Tournament that is starting today.

Region II or III will produce this year's state champion. My bet is on Region II winning it this season. The Region II tournament will wind up being better than the state tournament this year.

TBAC rankings aren't that amazing. I wouldn't be surprised to see some of these schools not make it out of the first round. I will be extremely disappointed if the 14-1 Fairfield Eagles aren't put high on the list after beating #6 Pittsburg tonight (not to mention #13 Glen Rose a couple weeks ago)
