Well I'll agree with them on that. I only recall seeing probably 2 crews this year that spotted the ball quickly. Most games I've went to this year it took as long as 20 seconds sometimes to get the ball spotted. To me that's ridiculous.

Jeff Dicus.

Was the OC at 4A Texas City during their glory years (2 state titles I believe) under Rusty Dowling. Sent 4 D1 kids to Texas alone one year. I have some friends from TC & they really respect Dicus (& Dowling too of course). Texas City has not been quite the same since he left for HC job at Lake Travis. Some good teams, but not the same.

Congrats to Lake Travis. QB Garrett Gilbert is the real deal & a national recruit for 2009.
