I feel that your DT or Linebacker to face Garza will feel like he should have been in a powerlifting meet instead of getting pummeled in the trenches!:D :D

yep i agree with u...

the most important lifts for an athlete are the core lifts (abs) and the lifts around the hips (legs).

But bench press is important for O and D lineman. For D lineman it is important to create seperation that way they can get off a block.

yea for real. i know lakers NDfoozeball and i were all linemen in highschool and im sure there are more on here, but you can have the strongest chest and weakest legs and get knocked around in the trenches all day. and to Snydertigersrul, your post made no sense and NDfoozeball basically made you look not to intelligent because snyder is going to lose in the same round that wylie did but by 3 more TD's:devil:
