I read a quote where Jim Long (Director) was reconsidering Roger Clemens at this point. Unless something changes, it would not be appropriate.

Absolutely. Roger is gonna end up suing MLB so he can "attempt" to clear his name for HOF reasons. Good luck with that because that requires proof his old trainer was lying. Plus Roger declined to speak to Mitchell or his team of investigators. Not looking good.
