I saw Houston Marchman live this past weekend. Talk about a great Texas musician. I haven't heard a better storyteller/poet/musician in a long time. "Wrong Side of Del Rio" might just be my new favorite song.

Houston Marchman is playing Gruene Hall on December 23rd from noon - 3:30 p.m. with no cover charge. If you get a chance, take the opportunity to see this guy. You won't be disappointed.

Man, I haven't seen Houston Marchman in a loooong time. Probably been about seven or eight years. Great songwriter who used to put on a great show. Sounds like he still does.

If I get the chance, I'm going to try to make it out to one of his concerts. I'd love to see him again.
