Is this an RN program your trying to get into?

I dont know about where your at, but the RN programs at Abilene and Sweetwater both have long waiting lists to get into. I know people that have been waiting 2 years to get into one of those.
I hear its about the same at San Angelo to.

Good luck, man. My mom's an RN down in Corpus and the business is booming right now, only going to get better. Some traveling nurses with just a few years' experience are making over $200k a year, and their room and board are paid.

The health care field is a great field to get into right now.

my daughter is in the UT-Tyler School of Nursing ... had a BIG final today :eek:

UT-Tyler accepts only 70-75 new students per year (or is it semester?) because they have are short teachers ... the $ is so good in actually being a nurse they have a hard time attracting and keeping instructors/teachers ... and it probably the same problem at most nursing schools

I made a 60 on it but it is graded similar to an aptitude test or something. It is hard to explain. People get into the program with around 70 and I am supposed to get points added due to other classes I have taken. So after I completed the test they told me to go to the Nursing department and that is where I applied for the LVN program. They said I should know mid Janurary to early February if I am in or not. So keep me in your prayers, wow that sounded selfish. I'm just ready to get into the program and complete it so I can be out on my own making a living and settle myself down. I hear its about the same at San Angelo to. yeah at they say it is almost impossible to get into teh program at t-dub if you dont have a 3.9 or 4.0
