what if someone isnt exactly into Christmas songs...like in all honesty, they kinda get on my last ever-loving nerve...

I know that some of them can irritate me, too if sung too often, but part of the joy of Christmas for me comes from the memories of singing/hearing these songs in the Christmas's of my youth.

Christmas just wouldn't be the same without hearing some of the classics.

Christmas just wouldn't be the same without hearing some of the classics. i understand where you are coming from...but it was never one of those times for my family where it really meant anything...yes there was the whole gift exchange thing and all but that was about the extent of the holiday itself. i dont like that certain things only seem to be celebrated during this time of year...but thats just my opinion and i know not everyone sees it that way. i just cant do that once (or twice) a year thing and the rest of the time ignore the presence there of.
