Liberty Hill & Pleasanton Game

The game last night in the Alamodome was great! The boys played hard and never gave up.
During the game I was disappointed how some of the Pleasanton players were throwing punches and being extremely sore losers but ... I have to say that Niko Salinas has class!! I was very impressed with his drive on the field and his sportsmanship when the game was over. He took the initiative to go to the players, tell them they played a great game and visited with them. The only thing he HAD to do is slap their hand but he rose above and went the extra step. He is a winner in my book!! Good job Niko

I thought Pleasanton played with a lot of heart. There was a little unnecessary conduct towards the end of the game, but that happens when frustration sets in. Over all I was very impressed with Pleasanton’s fan turnout, coaches and especially Niko. I will echo what LHPantherfan said. He is a class act. I wish him and the Eagles the very best.
