I read in the Houston Chronicle that Darius Walker, former Notre Dame RB, will see his first NFL action on Sunday. Ron Dayne will start, but Walker should see duty spelling him.

I hope he does good things. We could definitely use a boost in the running game.

Stop gap only.

There's a reason no one drafted him & no one selected him off our practice squad. Texans must address RB situation in Draft. Dayne has been ok but not a feature back in the NFL. Need guy who can run outside the tackles & be a HR threat.

I'm not expecting much of Walker, but if he turns out to be anything like Selvin Young I'll be ecstatic.

I assume he's worked on his pass protection, because that's the only reason Kubiak hasn't played him up to now.

I want Michael Turner in FA and Ryan Clady in Round 1. Trading away that 1st to move down and accumulate more picks sounds pretty good to me as well. But, easier said than done.

Who is Ryan Clady? Turner will command big $$ on FA market.

It's more than pass pro...just not that good.

May move down since we have no 2nd rounder (Schaub deal). Very possible unless pick they want is there.

Ryan Clady is a 6'6" 315 Junior LT at Boise State. I think he's a better prospect than Sam Baker at USC, like many others.

We're set to have aroud $27M in cap room this offseason. Smith finally cleaned the cap up from the Casserly days.

Oh I have read his name. He's not that high on most boards, but we'll see after Combine if he comes out. Spencer supposedly will be back from leg injury. That would be huge.

Casserly created a huge mess. Smith is doing a good job. Must address RB, DB, & OL in Draft. FAs too.

Selvin Young was a undrafted FA. He is doing well in Denver.

Priest Holmes was an undrafted FA. He is the all time leader in rushing yards for an undrafted player.

And Darius Walker is not as good as them either!

Walker did ok (16-46 yds., less than 3 ypc). Caught 6 passes for 35 yds. Just a fill-in with all the injuries. Good win for Houston.
