That's the thing with LV. There offense is pretty basic, smashmouth football. That's how they beat teams, with their speed. Texas Football magazine had Chris Parr, the sophomore, at 4.3 in the 40!!

Going to be a great one to watch next week. Both teams loaded with speed. How many play both ways for La Vega?

After seeing him last week against WOS, I would believe that. Once he broke into the open, he was GONE.

Not sure how many play both ways. You can go to wacotrib.com, they have a whole section on LV-China and look at there rosters. I do know LV has a lot of underclassmen, only like 10 seniors on a 40 + man roster. Three of there starting O linemen are sophomores.

LV is loaded. Last May my son and several others were at the National Underclassman Combine at Lake Travis High School and out of the 350 or so kids that were there a freshman kid from LV was awarded the camp MVP and he didn't even play football last year. I wonder if he is out there now?????

I read these kids have been together since 7th grade when they were beating teams 50 and 60 to nothing. Makes sense watching what they are doing this season. If they hold on and win this one, LV-Cuero is going to be a heck of a game, speed on speed!
