I have started using the other end of the fork to cut it and the fork end to eat it. It's kinda messy, but heck, those footlong coney things are messy anyway!!

I agree. it is very frustrating. Now i usually dont order chili dogs there. just hot dogs now.

one time i swallowed a piece of the fork.. a little piece that broke off.. not a tickling experience... what happened was it broke and then blended in with the chili.

Yeah they're crap...I don't order nothing from sonic that involves useing a fork unless i'm going home to eat it.
