Why Peterson won't be going to UCLA

Here is a quote from Boise State HC Chris Peterson...


"If I'm at your press conference four days from now, throw tomatoes at me," he added. "I'm not a candidate. It's not a good fit for me."

Also...UCLA has not contacted Texas Tech or Mike Leach about their opening.

good! Leach better not leave, i think he is a great OC, he just desperatly needs a good DC

its not that he needs a good DC....maybe he needs to recruit more quality defensive players instead of spending all his time recruiting to score more....

They're improving defensive recruiting at Tech...but we won't get into the issues of Leach continuing to keep some dead beat recruiters on staff. Personally, I think he is a phenomenal OC but he doesn't have the "CEO ability" to effectively manage his program to "maximize profitability for shareholders" (aka win more games!).
