Present evidence, clearly and concisely, as to why the program needs money. The administration will have to feel that the program is headed in the right direction, or they won't give anything.

If you're a high school student though, I'd advise that you first present your case to your AD. If your AD likes what you present him with, have him go talk to the administration. You're not going to get anywhere by asking the Superintendent yourself.

My advice would be to take it up with your booster club. Unless it is a large amount of money. Then I would go to some rich guy that has a child in that particular sport. If all that fails, then just ask Go Blue, as he knows everything. :D :D
