Agreed. Dont like it, but he has put up the numbers in a tough conference. Also, I think Daniel should atleast be in the hunt along with McFadden, but ESPN influences too many voters and we know who they want to win.

no disrespect to Chase Daniel but imo he is a tad overrated. He doesnt make a lot of difficult throws in Missouris offense. Most of the stuff is short stuff or dump passes where guys like Macklin, Rucker, and Alexander run after catch. IMO you can argue Breenan and Harrell as system qbs all day but Chase Daniel is just as much as a system QB as any of them. I think he is overlooked in that because the guy Brad Smith who played 4 years at Mizzou previous to him was more of a dual threat who wasnt that good as a passer
