I'm taking La Vega 40 - 14 over China next week.

I think La Vega is gonna take it all the way to state this year.

I want Celina to stumble before then, but it aint likely. Theres really no competition in that region. A La Vega/Cuero matchup could happen and that would be one not to miss.

I think the final will be Cuero-Celina......anyone who hasnt played Celina, make each opportunity to score count, you wont get many, dey be good.

Course LV is looking good, Will be a great semi against Cuero......

But I predict Celina as DII champ.....Only cause the best team in 3A football is DI this year.....:p

what type of size does cuero have. I know they have speed, but i was just curious

Well that vaunted East Texas speed ran into a brick wall tonight it seems. Went down to watch LaVega tonight. Same LaVega I've seen for years. They don't wow you with their system. They still dare you to stop the JT Sweep and throw just enough to keep you honest.

MODOC does have a great defense. My friends that came with me who are Hebron fans said they wish their defense could wrap up and hit people as hard as LaVega and WOS did tonight. Those boys were bringin the wood tonight.

Great year for 17-3A. Glad to see two Central Texas schools win tonight. Should be a fun one next Saturday at Floyd Casey.

DII, not quite the D I talent they are used to, like Cody wallace, but they get the job done
