Now it is time for all the experts to tell everyone how things would have been different if Woodson would have played and if Favre would have stayed in the game. And of course we will be reminded that this game was really meaningless and Green Bay will win the NFC Championship game at Texas Stadium when it matters!

Wonder who the best team in the NFC will be this week? the analyst at ESPN never seem to let the Cowboys be it.

Giants - no
Packers - no
Who's next?

Time has gone by so fast and it seems so long since we got current pictures. I wonder if Taylor has enrolled in her freshman year at Texas A&M.

Congrats to Dallas. They are loaded & I like Wade Phillips a lot. He reminds me so much of daddy Bum. Romo is playing out of his mind. TO did his thing but also dropped a TD too.

But, Dallas got some breaks last night (1st Q fumble/forward progress stopped, spot on 3rd down run, questionable PI in 4th Q). I just hate the NFL rule that makes it a 40-50 yd. penalty. He did put his hand on the WR & did not play the ball I guess. But that is what good teams do & they capitalized.

Favre reverted back to old Brett last night before he got hurt (& I like Favre a lot). He was forcing balls & trying to hit the long ball too much. His back-up played pretty decent.

Woodson being out hurt GB big-time. Same with KGB being out too. I hope we see a rematch in the NFC Title Game with everyone healthy. Dallas probably still wins.

I am torn on PI and how it is enforced

I think they need to do it like a facemask..intentional and accidental

Because lets say a team has the ball at their own 20 with 20 seconds left..somehow a WR gets behind the D and is interfered with at the opponents 20 and cannot catch the ball..With rule now, the team gets the ball at the spot

BUT if they only made it a 15 yarder, you would see a CB just tackle a guy when he is burned because 15 yards is easier to deal with than a big play and in that scenario would decide the game thru intentional breaking of the rules

It's a tough deal. NCAA rule seems more fair, but then you would have DBs just tackling guys to prevent big plays & TDs. Don't see it changing anytime soon.

All day long all I've heard is what if the Packers were healthy, what if Favre had not gotten hurt, blah blah blah. Is it that hard to except the Cowboys won? That they were the better team last night? It's driving me crazy. I've turned of the tv.

I agree with another post. If Favre wouldn't have got hurt, the
game would have been a blow out. That one int where Ellis was
closing in on him was awful. It looked like he just closed his eyes
and slung the ball down the middle of the field.

Tripping is accidental but still gets a flag if hes not playing the ball.
