(NF) funny picture I had to share

Over on another message board that I post at frequently, someone took this picture from their office in downtown Dallas today.

These men at work are installing the black concrete barriers you see in the picture at a sports bar to stop people from parking their cars on the sidewalk. It's supposed to be a one day job that will be finished this evening.

How long do you think it will take them to realize where they're parked????
