On NCAA can you start a dynasty with a big 12 team and get an invite from another major conference?

not to my knowledge. You can only move from independent or a minor conference to a mid-major and/or bcs conference.

yes for ps3...no for 360...

the patch really improves passing, int's and fumbles IMO
