Newton will not only beat Marlin But Im calling the win by 21 and thats a promise. The crazy thing is they have a real good chance to win state this year in 3A, and man they move down to 2A next year. Newton's Preseason Schedual next year- West Orange, Ozen, Jasper, And then they will play their first district game against Deweville, that just doesn't sound fair

So if Newton loses, and Marlin wins does this make us the state champs, nope sorry, but Newton won't be overlooked by Marlin, and I Know with a capitol "K" that they won't overlook this small town they call M-Square Texas, should be a good game, and the team with the least amount of mistakes will win, It's not always the best team that wins, but who has the most points on the scoreboard, at the end of 4 quarters.

I saw Newton demolish Fairfield 30-0 Friday night. They are very healthy for this time of year, I to agree, Newton 21 points over Marlin. Where is the stadium in Lufkin?
