"The Best District in the State" is without a question very tough. I guess D21 could now be considered in the running for ""The Second Best District in the State" ? :cool: :confused:

Had the chances, just could not put the game away. But it should still be fairly clear who the "Real" # 1 is, at least between these two districts.
