Liberty Hill must have got the Carthage-Kirbvyille tape. Even though LH doesn't need tape to move the ball, but I'm sure it helped since they run similar offenses.

Actually, game films don't do a whole lot for our offense. We're going to run our same plays each week. There's no surprise in what we're going to do. The only thing that changes is how we block those plays. We've seen just about everything you can do against the slot T, so the first series or two are used to figure out the defensive alignment and what they're reading, and then we go from there. It doesn't matter how an opponent plays someone with a similar offense, because they'll often play us different.

About the only thing gamefilms do for our offensive coaches is give them an idea of the personnel our opponent has and maybe an occasional clue as to how they might line up against us. Realistically, we could probably go into each game without seeing any film and be just as effective on offense, because more times than not, teams will try different things than what we expect.

LH should have completly rolled over carthage. 3 horible calls in the first half kept them in the game, then 3 fumbles in the third quarter allowed it to stay close for longer than it should have.

After having seven turnovers in the past two weeks, hopefully we've gotten that out of our system. It's a good thing our defense is able to shut down people this year.
