will be hosting some football action on Friday night when 2 great teams clash Universal City-Randolph (11-0) vs Santa Rosa (10-1)
in Class 2A Divison 1

It's disappointing not to see the Pirates in the playoffs this year. It seems like they were a fixture there for a number of years. How's the basketball team this year?

I know. :(

I went to a basketball game last night and our girls who have been down in past seasons had a nice come from behind win against Goliad. When I arrived it was just before half time and the score was 6-20 Goliad! :eek: :eek: When the game was over the final score was 37-29 Sinton! :clap: :clap: The game was excruciatingly slow, but it was nice to see the girls fight back and win!! :thumbsup:

The boys didn't fare so well. They were playing 2A Odem and lost by 4.

I couldn't tell you if what I say is the "norm" or a bad night. I don't attend basketball games very often.

I wish our teams all the best!! :)

A 37-29 girls basketball game?? I'd blow my head off if I had to watch that
