Madison would have won if their 4X200 hadn't been disqualified for stick out of the exchange zone. That's the way the cookie crumbles though. :)

How did Rouse do in the discus?

No offense but who cares who wins a track meet. Track is an individual sport. Congrats to the people from Crandall that performed well but give me a break declaring a team win in a sport that does not promote team.

thats rediculous....winning a team title in track is a HUGE feat. COngrats Crandall!

Afraid the meet was rather weak. Not a lot of opportunities for regional success with a few execeptions. Rouse from Crandall and Hall from Ferris should be in the top 3 in the discus...should be a real dogfight with the kid from Commerce. Crandall also has a good shot putter who could make some noise. Long jump has a good shot with the Madison kid going 22'6.5" and the Lee kid from Ferris who went 21'5" and didn't even make it to the board....Lee from Ferris also looking good in the 400 meters...along with sprint relays from Madison and Wilmer-Hutchins...other than that, don't expect much from the district in Commerce.
