Good show & loved the old footage. Good historical perspective on the rivalry & 1963 JFK stuff.

Hard to tell on controversial INT in end zone. He may have been juggling it. But if the Aggie defender just goes down & doesn't try to run after his INT earlier in drive the game is over.

Then Texas went on to win NC that year in 1963. That stings, poor guy Brotherton could have been a hero forever.

It was good g$$ and I agree it was hard to tell if he got it or not. You couldn't tell if he still juggled it when he finally went out. It is too bad no one filmed it from the other side where you could tell so I guess there will always be a mystery about it. One play they didn't show was that the Aggies had a third chance too because on a pass the ball was in his hands in the middle of the field but he couldn't hang on.
But you are right because if the Aggie defender had just fallen down and protected the ball it would have been over.
