Devine. Rugged team, very physical and good running game. Stephen Carrillo rushed for 410 yards and 9 TDs last week.

9 TDs?? Doesn't Devine have any other players on their team? Were these all runs from the LOS? Spread the wealth.

410 - 9 TDs? One guy? How many carries? He must still be tired.
Did anybody else carry the ball?

Llano is a running team (slot-t), I am sure they practice against the run regularly and will be able to at least slow this guy down...

I think so. Llano did not allow 100 against Wimberley or Luling. He won't run for 400:cool:

Carrillo had 34 carries while the rest of the team combined for 16 more carries. Four of Carrillo's tds were from inside the ten yard line . the other five were from outside the ten with carries of 52, 48, 27, 43, and 11 yards. He was competing against Moses Rodriguez of Poteet who put up 326 yds and 4 tds. Carrillo took it as a personal challenge to outplay Rodriguez. My guess is he doesn't come anywhere close to those numbers this week. But I do think Devine wins. Go District 28-AAA.

That was a great to listen to on the internet radio as both runners were trading big runs.

Yeah but we're a passing team! Should be a good game lots of yards on the ground in this one. Llano didnt look to impressive against Wimberley but we have been watching the top teams in the state all year so it makes it a little decieving. Llano is getting better running the slot-t and teams that havent faced it much usually have trouble with it. Llano by 3.... just cause they're in our district.
