take a team from the Sun Belt..gives you a better chance to move to a bigger conference later if you do a good job.

Hell, go with a I-AA school. Texas State would be fun. I always move a team up and try to win with what I have.

I'm in my 3rd year with TT...still trying to go undefeated and get to the MNC...so far I have lost to USC and then come from 35 points behind to beat Boise State in 2 Fiesta Bowls...I made my little brothers in the game (RMAC is a 6'8 370" tackle with minimal blocking ability...but he sure does clog up the left side) so once he graduates I'll take a job at a small school and work my way back up!

tulane or utah state

start with a one-star team and then work your way up

it's a fun way to play a bunch of nobodies against a bunch of teams you've never heard of

I went with Hawaii because they use a pro stadium with good capacity. Their campus lifestyle is also really good.
