How did Stephenville get picked as the site for this game? That's a little out of the way for both schools.

It's neutral...

101.3 miles for Graham
104.7 miles for Argyle

If they had flipped "home/home" then Argyle could've used Southlake or Denton as their home field...but Graham would've had to choose Graham and I don't think Argyle wanted that. It's too early in the playoffs to get into Texas Stadium and the schools in DFW that were far enough away from Argyle were taken. Stephenville is a perfect mileage choice for a neutral game.

Stephenville was the only place both Argyle and Clyde would commit to.
