Rockdale should have won and they had every opportunity but the playcalling at the end of the game was rediculous for Rockdale. Not taking away anything from CS they are a good team and they deserved to win tonight. Good luck to them.

Wow, heartbreaker for sure! Both my favorite comeback teams, Rockdale and Cleveland, lost in nailbiters. But at least they didn't lay down and settle for basketball after slow starts. Congratulations on a great district performance, and an exciting playoff!

Rockdale played with some fire and made an improvement over the first game when CS spanked them. Unless you have a shutdown "D", 11 first downs and 6 punts in a playoff game is not enough offense these days. China played "not to lose" and had 7 penalties and 3 turnovers which is uncharacteristic of them. Overall, Rockdale was impressive and they have several starters back for next season. Coach Miller and staff are quality men.

My hat is off to these guys, they came a long way from the beginning of the year and did what very few people thought they could do. You guys have nothing to hang your heads about, you played with more desire and heart than any Tiger team that I have ever seen walk on the field, and that is more important than any championship. You should leave the field proud knowing that you did your best, together, and that no scoreboard can take away from the fact that you are champions in your own regards, because there is more to winning or losing, and someday I hope that you too can see that. I speak for the entire Rockdale community when I say that I'm proud of you guys, and seniors, I enjoyed every down that I watched you play and I appreciate everything that you gave when you played by my side. Keep your heads up and take the memories with you forever.

Well the Tigers lost a tough one Saturday night at WISD. To call a finish to a season like the Tigers had amazing would be an understatement.

You guys played with heart and believed in yourself when not many gave you a second look. Going into the game you expected to win and came within a call\break or play of making it a reality.

I hate to see this season end because it was special and you guys are winners.

You may be right G. I sure hated to see it end for the seniors. They sure came up big this year. Coaches and players did a wonderful job and the community sure supported them from the city wide pep rally through the busses driving through the wall of water on the way out of town on Saturday afternoon.
