Alamodome seating

Costs not withstanding...would you sit in the plaza level (100's) or club level (200's) if going to a football game at the Alamodome? I'm trying to decide which tickets to request for the Alamo Bowl.

i like the club level better because i like to be above the game and not eye level so i can see whats going on...

and i wasn't implying to me about the drinks, just in general you get treated better..

What is the deal with that, I thought you could get alcohol there since it is not a UIL sanctioned stadium...?

Doesn't matter what the venue is. If it's a highschool game, UIL rules apply.

oh and i don't think i've ever seen the Alamodome allow anyone to sit in the club level at a HS game. they get pretty testy when you try :D you gotta find the right dude

tickets are $87 in the club level but only $67 in the lower level. Does the lower level just have a poor view or something?

oh ok. I've only been there once and it was back in 2001 (for a DCI event actually ;) ) and I was thinking that our seats were pretty good...but they may have been club level because I remember going upstairs but I know we weren't in the top level. Hmm...

Oh well...if Tech ends up in the Gator Bowl instead then this is a moot point!

Watched a few games there last year. We sat just below club level, like I said they won't let you sit in those seats outside the box :rolleyes: :D and the view was great. Watched Sinton get creamed by Cuero at the lower level a few years ago and the view was great, but I didn't really care for what I was watching. LOL
