I don't really know...but there are only around 4 million world wide and 2 million here in the states. Watched a show on them as I was going to bed.

yep - we still have an active chapter here in Cuero, the numbers are dwindling but the guys that are active do alot of community service etc.

not that secretive

i've known several that were all willing to talk (if not in depth) about masonry

one civilian contractor out in iraq talked to my friend and myself about it a couple of times

I am a Mason. It is not that secret. There has probably been more published about Masonry than any other organization ever. There are large libraries just on the subject. I invite anyone interested to visit the Grand Lodge of Texas web site:

I've been a Mason for 27 years and My father was secretary of our Lodge for almost 40 years. The Masons are always looking for good men. It's guaranteed to make you a better man.
