For the 2nd time in 3 years fairfield will be looking for a new AD after going 2-18 in two years coach David Haynes is suppose to announce his resignment as early as tomorow...

they lost a lot to graduation, but they still have enough to make it to the playoffs if they come together but i doubt they will do much when they get there

he was a good coach but a bad AD he didnt know how to support other sports and thats bad when the year he left both baseball and basketball had better teams than the football team did. he was stuck in the past and ran the i formation and a 5-2 defense which teams that ran the spread offense absolutely killed...he was to stubborn to change his ways and did not mesh with his assistant coaches he is a great guy and knows the game of football it was just time for a new face...the bad thing about it is fairfield had over 250 applications and we picked a guy that has never won a playoff game and who has a career losing record...it was a horrible hire and now people are curious to see if we get any respectible applicants it will be intresting to see who will apply and who we hire...
