Sproles for San Diego has become the first NFL player to return a kick-off and a punt for touchdowns in the first quarter of a game played in the state of california in an arena that was used to house evacuees from a large fire that could have changed the location, time and date of a football game against a team from the state of Texas that has not been in existance for over 10 years...

and that was the first time that a ball was intercepted off of the leg of another defender during a game where one player returned a kick-off and a punt for touchdowns in the first quarter of a game played in the state of california in an arena that was used to house evacuees from a large fire that could have changed the location, time and date of a football game against a team from the state of Texas that has not been in existance for over 10 years...

they worse about it in baseball than football....its always something that starts out sounding legit like "he is the first second baseman to have 40 doubles and 25 homers in the same season" followed by something useless to make the stat real like "while batting exactly .291 and stealing 12 bases"
