Yeah, we (Navasota) played them earlier this year.

They aren't a terribly bad team, but they aren't on West Orange-Stark's level. James Scott (#9) and I forgot his name but #20 are their best two players. #20 is a quick running back and Scott plays RB sometimes and LB. Scott is a specimen and a very good defensive player, he's always around the ball. Basically contain those two guys and everything will be ok.

Oh, and their kickoff return is pretty good... they have some good blockers and that #20 character is just so quick... he got some good ones on us.

Yeah, I remember he had a nice name. Haha. He's a quick one. If he gets behind the linebackers, consider it a score, because he'll juke any single tackler past that point.

Yes, and I'd like to know how considering we played both and Madisonville was MUCH better than Coldspring was.

Maybe... all I know is that he is a big guy and he plays linebacker and he's constantly around the ball... for some reason the name James Scott came to mind and the #9... I have the video to a play where he takes the pitch and passes it down field to a reciever and the reciever bobbles it and our free safety cleans his clock.

The Trojans in question are in fact #9 Scott, and #20 Zavius Johnson. Scott plays LB, and yes, he is very tall and athletic, just doesn't have all the RB tools to make it at that position. Johnson is VERY quick, and he could probably compete in the state hurdles meet. I saw him avoid several low tackle attempts, one along the sideline on a 75 yard run to open the second half, by simply jumping straight over our defender while still running full speed. If he gets the corner, he is among the most dangerous guys in the state, he just doesn't get much help up front.

It should be a good game, but they "won't" be able to run on us all night. WOS is known for speed and i can promise you that they won't top WOS' speed........ Can anyone help me out and the type of offense they run.

Option. Lots of option and sweeps. Johnson runs around end 75% of the time trying to get the corner. Scott pounds it up the middle 100% of the time. Johnson is a low running burner, and Scott runs straight up but doesn't keep his legs moving after hard contact which makes him easier to stop and tackle than he should be.
