I dont think either of ours had a very good record. But I think all of their best players were put on varsity at the beginning of the season. At least we have a load returning for varsity the next couple of seasons. And I heard we have a real good crop of 7th & 8th graders.

I know! If that beastly one were playing, they would probably have had a lot of shut outs.  :p

Ooooh, maybe you did. I could be wrong about us being undefeated, but in my defense, it would be the first time. ;) I do know we were undefeated in district, so I bet I'm confused.

LH JV had 1 loss this year.

They lost by 1 point to Cuero. Talk about a heated game. LH lead the whole way, they lost it in the last 30 seconds or so.

Celina Orange (Freshman) - 10-0

Celina JV Grey (B) - 8-0

Celina JV White (A) - 9-1

The Freshmen were in Mansfield last night to play Man. Liberty's freshman team (they will play their first year of varsity ball next year{5A}). Celina fell behind 22-0 but came back to win 30-28 to preserve their perfect season. This is the class that has never lost a football game since they started playing together in the 5th grade.

I think Cuero Freshmen were 9-0-1. Seems like somebody tied them.
