Who wins district 25AAA? Wimberley is 3-6 but has played arguably the toughest schedule in 3A but has won the last two games in their lowly district. Llano is 7-2 but hasn't faced near the competition as the Texans but has posted similiar score over both district foes as Wimberley. Should be a good game the Texans seem to be coming together and the young guys are more comfortable so this will be a good test to see how far we've come this season before playoffs start.

I think we should take this one. It wont be easy, but we have really been starting to come together here recently and started to look like a complete football team. We do have a good run defense and Llano has little to no speed at all which could pose problems for their defense with our "sometimes" explosive offense, But I just dont think their defense will be able to keep up with us for 4 qaurters. But on the other hand, The one thing that could spell a potential problem for us is that llano can utilize their size advantage up front over our d-line and LBer's and push us down the field 3 yards at a time and play ball control. and if you throw in a few interceptions on our part (it has been a big problem this year!!!) and we could be in a tight spot. But we will see how it plays out. I know it will be a good clean hard fought game and I hope both teams can come away with no injuries headin to the playoffs. with all that said, I will say Wimberley over Llano 31-21 for the district title.

Llano loses this year is to (7-2)Lexington(41-33) and (9-0)Kerrville Tivey(41-20). They are the only region 4 team that hasnt loss to the other 3a regions(beat Region 1Comanche(0-9) 40-13 and Region 3 Taylor(2-7) 22-8).

Region 4 overall is currently 5-10 against all regions. Yoakum has 3 of those loses. Gonzales is 2-1 vs Region 3, Cuero 1-1 vs Region 3, Luling 0-1 vs R3 and Wimberley 0-2 vs R3 and 0-1 vs R1

Lexington is an above average team in 2a but they shouldn't be able to beat quality 3a team IMO.

I like Llano (have family there) but I think Wimberley takes this one failry easily.

We know more about Llano after tommorrow. We already know Wimberley can turn it up a notch come playoffs.
