he should have told ol girl to smarten up or do what she had to do and transfer to TCU.



My cousin did the same thing. Signed a LOI to play softball at Alabama and she fell in "love." They got married and needless to say they didn't last a year after the marriage.

You gotta have some serious cash to go to TCU. there tuition is outrageous... that suprises me that he quit so soon. didnt even give himself a chance.:(

This is really sad. I don't know what happened but that young man has a ton of ability. I hope he is able to get things lined out and that he returns to a college to further his education and to play football again.

When I talked to him at the beginning of the summer, he said his scholarship was close to $300K and that was for 5 years I think. When Matthew Grimmitt from Snyder played, his 4 year full ride was $120K and that was only a few years ago. It's ridiculous how much schools are charging.

haha yea, I worked with Kendall this summer and he told me he was gunna try to walk on at UT just to keep in shape for baseball because the coach at UTA wouldnt release him to play this yr. But when I talked to him this past weekend he was talkin about going back out next yr. but he is going to switch to defensive back.

well...i'm not sure, if he is here JUST because of a girl...not wise, but if he really didnt like TCU, then i understand....but i heard from some of the football players about him cuz they all know i'm from sweetwater and they were asking me if that Banyard kid was gonna play...i used to have JB's number, i need to hollar at him and see whats up....if he plays down here i think he'll put up good stats cuz supposedly next year our O-line will be the best it has been in years....i'll get an update if i can!
