Last night in a ping pong tournament. I was in the finals and i was beating this guy 3-2 and then he starts pulling out all these stupid rules that nobody has ever heard of before. He beat the 2 guys before me 7-0 so everyone thought that he knew all the rules. I know the rules pretty good but i was outnumbered and got outvoted so we played by his FAKE rules. It didnt help that the guy running this tournament didnt even know how to play ping pong.

you have to toss the ball up 6 inches and hit it (from behind the line) when the ball is coming down from its peak

no i didnt. he also said that i couldnt lean over the table for any shot, even if i was returning a little drop shot.

first rule is correct, second rule is incorrect, you can lean over the table you just cant touch the table

i never did either til last night. i know the rules pretty well but i think this guy was just trying to win. he brought this guy to play him in the first round so he could automatically advance. this guy he brought has never played pong ever either.

more like a 50 dollar gift card. would have used it for gas but nooooo.

i know its ping pong but there are plenty of non football threads on the downlow.

I just thought whoever hit the ball hard enough to break it or dent it in was the winner.

Eeh,,,,,probably have to read Japanese to read them anyway.:devil:

who uses ping pong tables for ping pong now days? All I have seen em' being used for is beer pong :)

well the ping pong table was in the gym at the college and me being underaged kinda rendered the event alcohol free
