I should know this...but, when does the UIL make this announcement?

I've seen a lot of discussion about the numbers that everyone turned in and where schools may be going. Just can't remember the date.

It's usually in February.

oh ok. For some reason I was thinking November. Of course, that wouldn't give them much time.
