Yes the apocalypse is officially upon us now. Red Oak really beat Ennis 24-12 IN ENNIS and it was also the Lions HOMECOMING GAME!

Ennis--It was great night for football and an Ennis Lion Homecoming, but someone forgot to inform the Red Oak Hawks of the festivities. The Hawks scored 17 points in the first half, highlighted by Taylor McCuller. McCuller scored on a 1-yard run and added a 14-yard broken play pass reception to put Red Oak up 14-0. Ethan Wood added a 49-yard field goal to end the first half and the Hawks led 17-0. Red Oak continued to control the game in the second half and added another touchdown by Nic Boyd but Ennis made a run with Deonte McDade scoring first and Lee King adding a touchdown in the 4th quarter. But that would be all as Red Oak upends the Ennis Lions and moves into a tie with Ennis for second in the district with a 4-1 record. Red is 7-2(4-1) and Ennis is 6-3 (4-1).
