I figured since it's WOS' district he would probably know the tiebreaker

Points - probably a +14 district game max.
HF is a 0.
Silsbee is -14.
Jasper is +14.

Silsbee must win by 14 to force a 3 way tie and coin flip for the 3rd place team.

(If HF loses however and Silsbee wins, I think Silsbee goes on head to head with Jasper)

Easiest is - Jasper wins and they're in.

I'm not 100% sure what the district point cap is...

I believe it's 17 or 18 points...

H-F will have to win by that amount or more to force the coin flip.
