Go to the nearest grocery store and pick any of the pre-packaged chili kits and some chili meat and go get your freak on.

3lbs. Chili Ground Pork
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
3 fresh jalapenos(seeded)
2-12oz. cans of stewed tomatoes
2-Table spoons chili powder
3-Table spoons garlic powder
2-Table spoons of salt
1- teaspoon black pepper

Brown the chili meat with the onions and bell peppers.
Drain off the obvious grease. Return to the pot and add the jalapenos, stewed tomatoes, chili powder(to taste),garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Put just enough water to cover your ingredients. Cook on low heat with the lid on for 1.5 hours. Leave lid on for 1 hour. Serve over rice with cornbread on the side.

Wish it was colder I would do the same.

Go to Wal Mart or HEB get a little box in the chili section (usually at the end) called four alarm chili. open box, throw away flour (makes it pasty ) Add 2-3 bottles of miller light. Add Beans if you want. Follow directions on back of box.
Enjoy.
Hope you like it spicy!

I worked with a guy (at Bennigans) that used to be a fry cook at Chili's.

He told me that the only difference is that they add club soda to the batter.

Bush's makes a chili starter in a can usually by the can chili or tomato sauce. I usually mix 2 cans of it, a can of Rotel and a pound of browned hamburger meat in a pot and let it simmer for a while. It turns out really good to not be totally homemade. You can also throw in whatever spices you like to make it spicy or leave it bland- however you like it!

Try the chili in New York sometime. It's basically a slightly spicy vegetable soup with ground beef added.
