It seems like the two Sealy backs had almost that much yardage against Sweeny. Which one was a Sophmore? #2 or #5. Both had good speed. Nice to see the Sweeny QB up there at the top and over 50% passing. Nice job after all the pressure he was getting early he has hung in and done a great job!

Good job by Eddie Wright also who has really come on lately and been the leader of the backs for Sweeny. He has really stepped it up.

Amazing how the Carter kid from Columbus has tallied the rushing yardage that he has in only 6 games. He did not play in the Brookshire and W. Columbia game because of staph infection in his foot. I have seen him play. He is so powerful for a small back. Should of seen him in the overtime against sealy. First play they handed it to him.....He ran over 10 sealy guys and a referee. Best back in the district!!! And yes, Wilkerson and the 2 sealy guys are good too, but Carter runs the table.

WILL COLUMBUS HAVE ALL THEIR PLAYERS BACK FOR PLAYOFFS?

I have not seen Carter yet but I hear he is very good.Your right that is a lot of yards for 6 games. Very impressive.

Indications are that the Columbus players will be back for the playoffs and the Sealy soph is #5.

I'm a little biased but, I'll take Wilkerson every day of the week. Carter is VERY good and I love the way he plays. IMO, its 2 of the better backs in 3A.
