I'd pull out Jerry Jones, Danny White, & Herschel Walker. Although the Walker trade was what lead to the great teams that came after.
Is Harvey Martin already in? I think he is.

Jerry Jones and "Too Tall" Jones are the only ones with a legit shot IMO...

Jones should be in, regardless of how people like him as an owner/GM...he's changed the face of the game in so many ways, and has helped the NFL become the marketing genius that it is today.
