this has got to be the biggest mismatch of the season in any class...poor Carter...they get DRILLED by Glen Rose 83-2...and now gotta play Kennedale and Everman back to back....KHS and EHS may have to try and not put up 80 or 90...could we see a running clock at the opening kickoff? LOL

I expect the JV of Kennedale to all be in there by the 2nd quarter...lotta of kennedale starters will get it easy this week. Kennedale won't beat Glen Rose as badly cause the starters won't be in there for what....5-10 mins?

Kennedale's JV players seem to be getting a lot of experience this year with the lopsided scores. That should bode well for the future.

Honestly, I feel sorry for Carter Riverside. Just think...next year they'll probably be 4A. frown

I garuntee both Kennedale and Everman will put 70 in the first half on CR. Carter's problem this year is they can't stop other teams JVs, so both teams are going to have to try to not put up 90 or 100.

Only Everman, Kennedale, and Glen Rose have a JV...every other game the JV plays with the varisty.

Just wondering? What is the largest score ever recorded in Texas High School football? If the starters stay in I think they would really have a chance at beating this record. Course, I don't know the coach, and I'm sure he wouldn't do that, however, I really do think that this could be the most lopsided score in Texas High School Football. I will still take Kennedale JV by 75, any wagers?.....lol

DANG....we'll we could easily crush that record...but it is a HS game...and these are kids we are playing...We can't cause them to doubt the value of athletics...

My son plays for the Kennedale freshmen. he said the coaches told them that the Carter freshmen team beats the varsity in scrimmages. Could just be a coaching ploy to get them ready. Don't know.

Is CHS's field any good, or is it a typical crappy field with nearly no grass? There will prolly be tons of cops there too...
