Is it just me or does it seem like they are sending a message to the NFL??

I just don't think the defenses they are playing against are having any success stopping them. Brady has had time to read a book before he picks out a receiver and throws.

Yeah they did, but even though it was my team this week I can't really get mad about it because I don't mind teams running up the score.

However if they do keep doing it they're eventually going to run it up on someone that gets pissed about it and starts trying to injure their players. I can see some guys taking cheap shots on Brady who don't like the score being run up. An incident like that might be the only thing that'll stop them from doing it because no one else has found a way to keep them from doing it.

They were not running up the score. The Redskin defense was not stopping them.
To date the Cowboys have played them as well as anybody and the cowboys had 12 penalties for 120 yards. The boys are the only NFC team than can hang with them at all. Next week let's see how the colts do.

IMHO....
they are all professionals and get paid to perform. It shouldn't matter if it was 100-0. The offensive players are paid to score the defense is paid to stop them.

Yeah they ran up the score, so what?

At this point I really don't think they care about the Super Bowl, they want to transcend that and go 19-0.

What goes around comes around. It'll all come back to 'em someday. My only real complaint is that if it had to be an NFC East team, I wish it'd been Philly.

Well its the truth.....if he would of got hurt, everybody would of called billacheat and idiot for still having him in there when the game was by far out of hand and questioned his motives.

You guys are just dont see it. The Pats are sending one message. We are the best. Stop us if you can. These guys are paid to play and win. So far no one has.
I want them to keep playing till someone does.

It's the NFL.

It's their job to score points on offense and it's the oppositions job to stop them from doing that.

No such thing as running up the score in the league just how effective you are at doing your JOB.

I totally agree, it's a pro sport and the other team is expected to stop them at least some of the time;). Maybe the pats are just using the 'skins for a practice session for the game next week!

I agree that it is their job to put points on the board but its rediculous to go for it on 4th and 1 from inside the ten yard line when you are already up 38-0. That just shows no class.

one of the guys on the Blitz said "my only answer to this question is this... If you don't like it, stop them from scoring, plain and simple."

He's just doing what "the boss" told him too. I am a die hard cowboys fan, but I wouldn't WISH someone to get hurt because I don't like what their coach is doing....it's not Brady's fault, why wish pain on him??
