Today was the date that the time would normally fall back, ending daylight savings, until Congress decided to change it effiective this year. In the spring, it started 2 or 3 week earlier and ends 1 week later (Next week is when time falls back).

Your operating system must not be too current.

If you change your clock, be sure to subtract the hour next week, becuase in your case, you computer won't do it for you, since it already has!

The computer I normally use is "broke"...so I am on an old one running Windows 98 right now til I get the other one fixed.

My daughter has a brand new laptop, so her's was okay.

My daughter in laws phone switched by itself as did my daughters b/f, but switched back about 30 minutes later.

I was freaking out when I first saw it though, I thought my husband had gone to work an hour early today!!:p

My mom and I both have laptops with windows xp and ours didnt. My cell phone didnt (or atleast if it did it switched back b4 i saw it) we dont use the desktop anymore and havent updated it in probably a good 6 months so it might have but I dont really feel like booting it up to see lol.

Check your V CR's and DVR's also. My DVR switched automatically so I missed part of a game I had set the DVR to record early Sunday AM. (My GPS switched on its own as well)

My cell phone, dish tv and laptop all show 8:28 pm.....
